Homemade Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 inch of vinegar
Preparation
    In blender, pour vinegar.
    Scrape horseradish root.
    Do not peel.
    Cut up in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Drop in blender with vinegar. Blend slowly to a thickness of applesauce.
    Freeze if you like.
