Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nuts thoroughly in a bowl. Mix eggs and oil, then bananas in a small bowl.
Add to dry ingredients; stir well.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm to touch.
Cool on rack.
Remove from pan after 10 minutes.
