Bowl "N" All Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
chopped green onion to taste (optional)
6 oz. frozen cut spinach, thawed and drained well
1 round loaf sourdough or pumpernickel bread
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly except bread and chill for two hours or overnight.
Hollow out the bread.
Cut the center into small cubes.
Put dip in hollowed bread bowl.
Serve the dip with the bread cubes.
May also add an assortment of raw vegetables to be dipped.
