Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw apples, chopped (not peeled)
4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, vanilla, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add eggs, sour cream, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Then add apples and pecans. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 large juice cans.
Pour equal amount of batter in each can.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
