Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 c. brewed coffee, cooled
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Stir in coffee.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend together well.
Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Drop by teaspoonful on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
Do not overbake.
