Macaroon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    22 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar and continue beating.
    Fold in nuts, cracker crumbs, coconut and vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until golden brown.
