1 5/9 loaves French bread (a little over 1 1/2 loaves)
1 lb. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
1 5/9 pt. heavy cream (a little over 1 1/2 pt.)
10 egg yolks
1 2/9 lb. white chocolate (a little under 1 1/4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Maybe the ingredients were free and if we asked for the instructions, there would have been a charge.
I don't know, but mixing must be comparable to other recipes of this kind.
It was served with a topping, but I'm not sure what kind, possibly a vanilla, custard or lemon sauce.
A liqueur flavor would make a good sauce too.
