Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut, toasted
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diced dates
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix
and
sift
flour,
sugar,
baking powder and salt. Stir in coconut.
Combine milk, egg, butter and vanilla.
Stir in well. Add
dates, apples and pecans; mix well.
Spoon into 2 greased and
floured
loaf
pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool on rack.
