Crustless Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
5 eggs
1 large chopped onion
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation

Thaw spinach and squeeze to remove moisture.
Saute onion in oil.
Add spinach and cook until excess moisture is evaporated. Let cool.
Beat eggs in bowl and add cheese.
Stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into greased quiche pan or 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
