"Miss Jessie'S" Vidalia Onions And Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    2 medium Vidalia onions, sliced and separated into rings
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Layer cucumbers and onions in
    large bowl.
    Salt as you layer, cover and refrigerate for
    6
    hours.
    Blend
    sugar\tand sour cream.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions (that have been drained after 6 hours of refrigeration). Deliciously crunchy.
