Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped toasted pecans
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Beat butter in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until softened.
    Add the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; beat until combined.
    Beat with water and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and toasted pecans with wooden spoon.
