Nana'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; set aside.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Stir in zucchini; fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 greased bread pans or greased tube pan.
