Ingredients

5 c. crushed chips (measured after crushing)
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients, and mix well. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to the potato chip mixture and mix well. Stir in the pecans. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, allowing space for the cookies to spread. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 5 dozen.
