Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Fold in pumpkin mixture and pour and spread into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup finely chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Take out of pan and put on towel dusted with powdered sugar.
    Roll up cake in towel and let cool.
