Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated, peeled, raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir until well blended.
    Add 1 cup of coarsely chopped nuts (walnuts, etc.).
    Pour into pans.
    Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on rack.
    Makes two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaves.
