Jeb'S Favorite Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 soup can water
Preparation

Put rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Brown pork chops on each side in a skillet.
Set aside.
Pour soup and water into skillet and mix with the pan drippings.
Pour liquids over the rice and place pork chops on top.
Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Serves 4.
