E-Z Polenta Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. polenta
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. (May also be baked in muffin tins.)
