Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Make a well.
Add oil, water, eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Fill floured, well-greased 1-pound coffee cans about 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool completely before removing from cans.
Bread may be baked in pans instead of cans.
