Island Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices toast or stale bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Olive oil
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk and egg.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Make patties and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Use a cast iron skillet.
    If you like spicy, you may add Old Bay Seasoning or Texas Pete sauce.
    Serves 6-8.
