No-Knead Parmesan Garlic Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and then cooled
1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Parmesan-Garlic Filling (recipe follows)
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in milk, margarine, sugar, eggs and salt.
Stir in 1 cup of the flour.
Stir in remaining flour and continue stirring, scraping down from side of bowl, until soft, sticky dough forms.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour.
(Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.)
Stir down dough by beating 25 strokes.
