Moist Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. dried celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    18 c. white bread (cube 36 slices)
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In a 5 to 8 quart saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender, about 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add bread and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stuff 12 to 16 pound turkey or put stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan covered with foil and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Good for any bird.
