Tomatoes Rockefeller - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 thick slices of tomatoes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Arrange tomato slices in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well to remove excess water.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Mound mixture on tomato slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until spinach mixture is set.
Yields 12 servings.
