Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 mashed bananas
Preparation
    Mix flour, nuts, salt, soda and sugar by hand.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans which are greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn out on wire rack.
