Cheese Blitzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf bread
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Remove crusts from bread and roll flat with rolling pin.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and roll into jelly roll shape.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Dip each piece into melted butter.
Roll in a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until toasted looking.
Good warm, cold or frozen.
