Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixer, cream Crisco, sugar and eggs.
    Mash 3 bananas with potato masher to make approximately 1 cup.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
    Add bananas and mix.
    Add vanilla and chopped nuts.
    Put into greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
