Mango Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. diced mangoes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Mix alternately with mangoes.
    (Add lemon juice to mangoes.)
    Last of all, add chopped nuts.
    Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
