Great-Grandma'S Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 zucchini, peeled and shredded
5 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
