Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream the oleo, brown sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs.
Add flour, salt and soda.
Mix in nuts.
Shape dough into 2 long rolls 2 inches in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight. Cut into 1/8-inch slices and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
