Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    almond, lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add salad oil and beaten eggs. Combine soda, cream of tartar, salt and flour.
    Add to first mixture.
    Roll cooled dough into balls (walnut size).
    Dip in sugar.
    Place on cookie sheet and crisscross to flatten with a fork or potato masher.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    They freeze well.
