Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil (Puritan)
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
    Combine sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Add eggs, beat until light and lemon colored.
    With mixer running at low speed, add flour mixture alternately with banana, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Blend well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour batter into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes back clean.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan on a wire rack.
    Remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack. Yields 16 servings.
