Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. ripe tomatoes
1 qt. onions
3 red sweet peppers
3 green sweet peppers
3 red hot peppers
3 green hot peppers
1/2 c. salt
4 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
Preparation

Cut up\ttomatoes
and
onions before measuring. Mix and put in 1/2 cup
salt.
Mix
and
let
set\t2
hours.
Drain in colander. Mix
with
sugar and vinegar. Boil 25 or 30 minutes or to desired thickness. Can and seal.
