Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini, peeled and cored
salt and pepper
2 eggs
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Place 8 crescent rolls in pie plate, forming a crust.
Spread 2 tablespoons mustard on crust.
Melt oleo in skillet.
Add onion, zucchini, salt and pepper (to taste).
Cook 10 minutes.
Beat 2 eggs in bowl and add 2 cups of cheese.
Stir together zucchini, eggs and cheese with seasonings.
Place in pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes more until set.
Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
