Ingredients

1 loaf white bread
butter, softened
1 jar preserves or jelly
sugar and cinnamon, mixed
10x sugar
Preparation

Remove crusts from one side of bread on each slice.
Roll each slice with rolling pin as flat as possible.
Butter the bread on one side, then spread with preserves.
Roll bread up, jelly roll fashion, beginning with crustless side.
Drizzle rolls with melted butter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce oven to 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes more.
Remove rolls from the oven and immediately roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool for 1 hour.
Cut each roll into 3 pieces and coat with 10x sugar.
