Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced chicken
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. diced potatoes
6 to 7 biscuits
1 small can peas
Preparation

Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Stir in flour and butter and mix to a smooth paste.
Stir constantly until the broth is thick and smooth.
Lower heat, stir in milk, chicken and vegetables and heat through.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with biscuits.
Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
