Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
1 c. mashed bananas (about 1 1/2 bananas)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients. Blend both mixtures; beat until well mixed.
Add bananas, sour cream, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a buttered medium loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool before slicing.
Makes about 16 slices.
