Crusty Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh catfish fillets
    crushed pecans
    Dijon mustard
    milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut fish into thin strips; double check for bones.
    In a bowl, mix 2 parts Dijon mustard and one part milk.
    Salt and pepper fish; dip in mustard-milk mixture.
    Roll in crushed pecans.
    Place fish on a well-greased cookie sheet and bake until outside coating is crisp and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
