Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 3 loaf pans.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs and oil. Add zucchini.
    Add to dry ingredients; stir well.
    Bake 2 hours in angel food pan or 1 hour in loaf pans.
    About 10 minutes before finished baking, spread with topping.
    Return to oven for remaining 10 minutes.
    Let cool before slicing.
