Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
    2 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Coat an 8-inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray.
    Put peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in a 3-quart microwave-safe bowl.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until butter melts and chocolate chips look soft and glossy, but still retain their shape.
    Stir until smooth, then stir in marshmallows.
    Microwave on High 45 to 60 seconds. Marshmallows will be slightly melted.
    Stir to mix, then stir in cereal until well blended.
