Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 3/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. bran
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    4 3/4 to 5 c. sifted unbleached white flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine boiling water, molasses, salt, oil, raisins, wheat germ, oats and bran; cool.
    Add softened yeast.
    Stir in whole wheat flour and 2 cups white flour. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead until smooth.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
    Punch down; divide in half.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place in greased loaf pans.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake about 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
