Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch broccoli
    1 small head cauliflower
    3 carrots, scraped
    1 jar sliced mushrooms or 1 box fresh
    1/2 bottle McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Slice broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
    Place in ice water. Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Heat olive oil, Salad Supreme and vinegar.
    Pour hot mixture over cold vegetables and mushrooms.
    Let stand overnight in icebox.
    Will keep for one week.
