Crabmeat Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium shell macaroni, cooked
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
    1/2 lb. frozen imitation crabmeat, thawed, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic over medium heat in skillet sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Remove from skillet.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add flour; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Stir constantly.
    Gradually stir in wine; continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thickened.
    Add onion and garlic mixture and basil to sauce, then add carrots, broccoli and crabmeat to sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cooked pasta; toss gently.
    Serves 6.
