Janet'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water (lukewarm)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
    1 cake yeast
    a little over 5 lb. bag flour
Preparation
    Mix
    first 5 ingredients well.\tAdd a little flour at a time, mixing well, until dough leaves the sides of bowl.\tPut flour
    on table.
    Knead
    dough until smooth and elastic.
    Put back in bowl and cover with towel.
    Let rise until doublefold. Grease loaf pans.
    Shape dough into 4 or 5 loaves and place in pans.
    Grease tops of loaves with melted butter or margarine. Cover with towel and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes
    to
    1 hour.
    Butter tops of loaves when you remove them from the oven.
