Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked zucchini
    1 1/2 c. brown or white sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water until tender.
    Drain.
    Place zucchini in blender for 1 minute.
    In large bowl, mix all other ingredients; mix well.
    Now add zucchini to that mix and pour in pan.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until coconut is brown.
