Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla. Beat well and add nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or bake in 2 small pans for 45 minutes.
