Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
