Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. milk
assorted food colorings
Preparation

Beat all ingredients, except food coloring, on medium speed until frosting is smooth and of desired consistency.
If necessary, stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time.
Tint with desired food coloring.
