Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. light rum or milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar (to sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl; cream until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, sour cream, rum and almond extract, mixing well.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with mashed bananas, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. If loaf gets too brown, cover with foil.
    Remove from pan; cool. Sprinkle sugar.
