Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and beat on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 1 minute. Pour into 2 (9 x 5-inch) greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
