Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, scrubbed, diced and cooked
    1 small onion or chives, chopped
    12 c. Miracle Whip
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 to 8 slices bacon, fried or microwaved
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to cooked potatoes and mix.
    Put in buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
