Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
